There’s something special about getting mail that is just for you.

P.S. Be Creative was created to bring that feeling to kids through creative, screen-free happy mail delivered right to their mailbox.

Each month, your child gets a little package filled with opportunities to create, connect, and collect. They might color, draw, write, explore a new idea, or make something completely their own. There’s no right or wrong way to do it, no need to be “good at art,” and no pressure to make something perfect.

Just a little time to slow down, use their imagination, and enjoy being creative.

Art is about so much more than the finished product. It gives kids a chance to express themselves, solve problems, explore ideas, build confidence, and discover what makes their creativity uniquely theirs. Most importantly, creating something can simply make a child’s day a little brighter.

And then there’s the happy mail.

When I was growing up, my family took road trips and camping trips every summer. On one of those trips, I met a girl my age and we became pen pals. Our friendship lasted for years, and I still remember the excitement of seeing a letter with my name on it in the mailbox.

There is something magical about receiving mail when you’re a kid.

P.S. Be Creative brings that feeling back with a little creativity sprinkled in!

And behind each mailer is me, Anastasia, an art teacher, artist, and mom who has spent the past 14 years encouraging kids to explore their creativity. I have taught visual art to both elementary and middle school students, hold a Master’s degree in Art Education, and have spent countless hours watching kids discover just how creative they can be when given the time, space, and encouragement to create.

P.S. Be Creative is my way of bringing a little piece of that experience beyond my own classroom and into your home. Every activity is thoughtfully designed with kids in mind, drawing from my experience as an art educator while keeping the focus where it belongs: on your child having fun, exploring, and making something that is uniquely theirs.
